About the Role
The Technology & Innovation team focuses on developing innovative, scalable technology solutions that enable Client to manage law enforcement data requests and enhance user safety. The team's Salesforce-based systems support both internal case tracking and an external web portal for law enforcement partners.
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem meets evolving business needs. You'll serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams - gathering requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications, and ensuring smooth delivery of features and enhancements.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing systems and processes for maximum efficiency and impact.
What You'll Do * Support the day-to-day maintenance and administration of the Salesforce system and associated external web portal.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to gather and clarify requirements, define business processes, and manage feature delivery.
  • Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation to guide development.
  • Coordinate and participate in testing, release management, and deployment activities.
  • Create and maintain user guides, release notes, and training materials for end users.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose automation or system enhancements.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience translating business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and reporting.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Service Cloud and data modeling concepts.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and analytics in Salesforce.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.
