Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Salesforce Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have
3+ years of experience in selling Salesforce solutions
, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to client relationship management.
Salesforce certification
(e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for Salesforce CRM and related cloud solutions.
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
Conduct client needs assessments and present customized Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling demos and proposals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Stay updated with Salesforce product updates, trends, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce or CRM solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce offerings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certifications such as:
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
Experience selling to mid-size and enterprise-level organizations.
Understanding of implementation processes and integration capabilities.
