Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

SFDC Tester

to manage quality assurance processes for Salesforce-related projects, including integrations with NetSuite. The role involves end-to-end testing of Salesforce customizations, APIs, and automation, ensuring delivery aligns with business requirements and QA best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the QA process for Salesforce-related projects, including integrations with NetSuite. Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automated scripts. Coordinate end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce customizations, APIs, and integrations. Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers and stakeholders for resolution. Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and business requirements. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and define testing needs.

Required Qualifications:

3-6 years of hands-on QA experience. Strong Salesforce testing expertise, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications. Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., Zephyr). Experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or similar). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
