Required Skillset
Strong expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, LWC).
Experience in Salesforce integration (REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Webhooks).
Proficiency with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
Strong experience with custom Salesforce app development and AppExchange solutions.
Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud (preferred).
Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools (e.g., Gearset, Jenkins, Git).
Ability to work with complex workflows, triggers, and data transformation logic.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly Salesforce apps.
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validations, and approvals.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
Implement Salesforce integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party applications, and external systems.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and releases, suggesting improvements to existing systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
