Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement
scalable Salesforce solutions
across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
Lead technical architecture discussions, define best practices, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Build integration strategies using
APIs, REST/SOAP services, middleware, ESB tools
, and event-driven architectures.
Oversee data modeling, data migration strategy, and system scalability planning.
Review and guide development using
Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL/SOSL
, and platform automation tools.
Conduct performance tuning, security assessments, and compliance reviews.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to convert requirements into technical designs.
Manage sandbox strategy, release cycles, CI/CD configurations, and DevOps processes.
Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality delivery across projects.
Required Skills & Expertise
7+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in an
Architectural role

Strong command over
Salesforce configuration and customization
, including Apex, LWC, Integration Patterns, and Platform APIs.
Experience architecting solutions for
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
, or Marketing Cloud (preferred).
Expertise in data modeling, scalability, multi-org strategy, and governance.
Strong understanding of
Salesforce Security Model
, authentication, SSO, and OAuth.
Practical experience with
CI/CD pipelines
, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
Ability to design integration with legacy systems, cloud services, and external APIs.
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salesforce Certified Application Architect
