About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Architect

with deep technical expertise and hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and coding best practices, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce's latest technologies and features.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions across multiple clouds and integrations. Drive technical design sessions, review development practices, and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards. Lead data migration, integration, and deployment efforts for complex Salesforce implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with scalable technical solutions. Optimize performance and maintain compliance with Salesforce limits and best practices. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, DevOps tools, and AI-driven development capabilities.

Mandatory Skills

Salesforce Architecture:

Minimum 4+ years of experience.

Salesforce Technologies:

Conga (Conga Composer/CLM), Apex, Aura, LWC, Flows.

Data Management:

Data migration concepts, large data volume implementations.

Integration Expertise:

Integration patterns, Salesforce async capabilities, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).

Security:

Deep understanding of Salesforce security features and best practices.

Development Standards:

Strong understanding of coding best practices, code reviews, and version management (GIT).

Salesforce Clouds:

Hands-on with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud.

AI & Automation:

Experience using Gen AI for Salesforce development.

DevOps:

Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD processes, and deployment best practices.

Salesforce Packages:

Experience working with Managed Packages, 1GP and 2GP understanding.

Analytics:

Knowledge of Salesforce Analytics platforms.

Locker Service / LWS:

Solid understanding of Salesforce Locker Service and Lightning Web Security.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certifications:

15x or more Salesforce certifications (preferred). Proven experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple business units. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Additional Information

Candidates with prior experience in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and MuleSoft integrations will be given preference. Exposure to Salesforce DevOps and AI-based development automation is highly desirable.

Pay: Up to ₹3,067,435.25 per year
