Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled with 8+ years of experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Architect, to join our organization. As an SFDC Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our business requirements. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and development teams to architect, customize, and integrate Salesforce applications. Your expertise in the Salesforce platform and its various technologies will be essential in delivering scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical solutions using the Salesforce platform. Design scalable, flexible, and efficient Salesforce architectures that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Create technical design documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications. Salesforce Implementation: Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs. Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies. Implement Salesforce integration with external systems and third-party applications. Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce, including managing user access and permissions. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, and evaluate their applicability to our organization. Conduct code reviews and perform quality assurance checks to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and other team members to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Skills:

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or equivalent. Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud. Proficiency in Salesforce development languages and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools, and ETL processes. Knowledge of Salesforce security models, data management, and governance best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
