Job Description

Strong experience with Salesforce SFDC including configuration customization workflows reports dashboards and user management


Hands on experience with web services REST SOAP and tools like Postman and Insomnia


Agile methodology proficiency including user story grooming sprint planning and stakeholder collaboration


Solid understanding of data mapping data dictionaries and functional specifications


Ability to act as liaison between Business Development and QA teams


Excellent documentation and communication skills


Experience supporting full software development lifecycle SDLC including testing and troubleshooting


Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field


5 years of experience in systems analysis integration or a related technical role


Secondary Skills


Foundational understanding of AI ML concepts for dashboard and data insights


Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud Health Cloud and AppExchange solutions


Experience with screen mockups and UI to data mapping


Involvement in competitive strategy and data driven decision making


Experience coordinating with third party vendors and monitoring solution compliance


Awareness of process optimization through dashboard metrics and user analytics


Strong SQL skills for data validation and reporting
