Job Title: Salesforce Agentforce & Data Cloud ConsultantJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Consultant

with deep expertise in

Agentforce

and

Salesforce Data Cloud

. The ideal candidate will have

7+ years of Salesforce experience

with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions across

Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud

. This role requires a strong mix of

technical expertise, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration

to drive adoption and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

implementation, customization, and optimization

of Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions. Translate complex

business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions

. Configure, integrate, and maintain

Data Cloud

for real-time

data unification, segmentation, activation, and insights

. Design and deliver

Agentforce solutions

to improve contact center automation, self-service, and overall customer experience. Collaborate with

business stakeholders, architects, and developers

to ensure seamless solution delivery. Develop and maintain

documentation, best practices, and training materials

for users and admins. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce

features, releases, and roadmap

related to Agentforce and Data Cloud. Provide

technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership

to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce experience

(development, configuration, and administration). Proven expertise in

Agentforce

(AI-powered support automation, Service Cloud integrations). Strong knowledge of

Salesforce Data Cloud

(data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, activation). Experience with

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

. Hands-on proficiency with

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integration tools

. Solid understanding of

data modeling, governance, and ETL processes

. Salesforce certifications preferred: Data Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified AI Specialist Excellent

communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management

skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
