The role of the Administrator for Salesforce is to support the system integrations team in delivering capability to business systems and support business users. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this is a critical role in helping Swoop achieve its order automation goals. You will work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and the sales team to ensure the system enhancements being delivered are of a high standard and improve our business efficiencies. This is a multifaceted role where you have the opportunity to be involved in lots of different projects working with a variety of teams.
This role will be very hands on with CRM configuration, and technical support for users.
Key Responsibilities
, but are not limited to:
User management - Salesforce onboarding, offboarding, permissions, etc.
Customisation and configuration - configuring custom fields, custom objects, page layouts, validations, flows, etc.
CPQ product configuration - setup and manage new products and pricing using Salesforce CPQ.
Data Management - data imports and exports, maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and governance.
Reporting & Analytics - create and maintain reports and dashboards, monitor data quality and accuracy.
Technical support - manage support cases from Salesforce users with technical support relating to order issues, document creation, pricing, etc.
Troubleshooting - being across failed orders and system bugs, working with sales, provisioning, and developers to get any issues resolved.
Training & Documentation - train users on new features and functions, provide onboarding training to new starters, create process documentation and user guides.
Ad-hoc tasks as required.
Your experience and qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you need to be able to demonstrate
Ability to work on various tasks and projects and once and priorities work accordingly.
Build professional relationships with people at all levels within the business.
Be confident in delivering training and support to non-technical people in a manner that they can understand.
Have a proactive and inquisitive attitude
Having 2+ years of experience
Skilled in bridging business needs and technical execution.
