Key Deliverables:

User role, profile, and permission set management Page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows Data imports, deduplication, and quality audits Reports, dashboards, and list views Security audits and org maintenance

Skills Required:

Salesforce Setup and declarative tools Flow Builder and automation best practices Data Loader, Data Import Wizard Reports & Dashboards Change sets, Sandbox management

Collaborates With:

Business (for support, resolving production issues) Product Analyst (to validate requirement feasibility)
