Provide expert level technical support for ZOHO/Salesforce CRM platform and collaborate with users to understand their business processes and recommend CRM best practices.
Working together with cross-functional teams, such as sales, Presales & post Sales, to enhance the general process and employee experience.
Good knowledge on reports and Dashboard creation in CRM.
Manage and troubleshoot data integrations between various systems, ensuring smooth flow of information.
Provide technical assistance for AI driven applications and tools, addressing user queries and ensuring optimal performance.
Proactively opportunities for process improvement in CRM usage, data management and integration workflows.
Perform quality checks on data, configurations, and integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills
2-5 years of experience in CRM software (Preferably with Zoho).
Well versed with Integration, Automation & Advance Excel for data analysis, reporting and visualizing.
Good knowledge in the field of A.I.
Proficient in the Application Programming Interfaces.
