Roles & Responsibilities

:

? Provide technical support to the teams using the software.

? Provide expert level technical support for ZOHO CRM platform and collaborate with users to understand their business processes and recommend CRM best practices.

? Working together with cross-functional teams, such as sales, Presales & post Sales, to enhance the general process and employee experience.

? Knowledge on Roles, Profiles, Permissions and user management, case management.

? Good knowledge on reports and Dashboard creation in CRM.

? Manage and troubleshoot data integrations between various systems, ensuring smooth flow of information.

? Provide technical assistance for AI driven applications and tools, addressing user queries and ensuring optimal performance.

? Proactively opportunities for process improvement in CRM usage, data management and integration workflows.

? Perform quality checks on data, configurations, and integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability.

? Scheduling and handling of webinar.

Key Requirements

:

? Zoho CRM Tool

? Zoho Automation

? Zoho Integration

? Whatsapp and Mail Campaign Analysis

? Advance Excel

Skills

:

? Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills

? 3-4 years of experience in CRM software (Preferably with Zoho).

? Well versed with Integration, Automation & Advance Excel for data analysis, reporting and visualizing.

? Good knowledge in the field of A.I.

? Proficient in the Application Programming Interfaces.
