HIRING FOR SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR- BANGALORE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and improve our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, manage data integrity, support users, and enhance system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others as applicable).
Handle user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.
Monitor data quality and perform regular data cleansing and deduplication.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide ongoing support and training.
Implement configuration changes including custom fields, page layouts, record types, custom objects, etc.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ensure platform compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with developers and other administrators on system upgrades and customizations.
Stay current on Salesforce updates and best practices to drive innovation.
