As a Custom Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in transforming our clients' experience by delivering custom software solutions that meet their brand's promise. You will be responsible for developing a detailed blueprint and feasibility requirements for high-level experience strategy, participating in the design and development of the experience strategy, and shaping the program's execution. Your expertise will be essential in designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications, ensuring that software solutions meet the evolving demands of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities

• Perform independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving

• Provide solutions to work-related problems

• Assist in documenting software specifications and design

• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies

Requirements

• Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Administration

• Desirable Skills:

Experience with Salesforce platform features and functionalities
Strong understanding of data management and security within Salesforce
Ability to customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements
Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation

• Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration

• Education:

15 years of full-time education
