Experience: 8-10 Years (Mandatory)

Education: Minimum 60% in Graduation (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Salesforce (SFDC) Team Lead with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, combining 70% Salesforce Administration and 30% Development. The role involves leading Salesforce enhancements, configurations, and guiding the team to deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations & enhancements Hands-on configuration: Flows, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Custom Settings Build & manage Dashboards and Reports Handle admin-heavy tasks with development support Mentor team members and collaborate with business stakeholders
Key Skills:

Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise Strong Salesforce Admin & basic Development experience Excellent team handling & stakeholder management skills
