Configure and develop solutions in Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing), Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
Manage Salesforce environments (sandboxes, deployments) via Change Sets, Gearset, or Copado, ensuring zero-downtime releases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, demo configurations, and provide training/support for optimal adoption.
Troubleshoot issues, perform health checks, and optimize performance for high-volume sales and revenue processes.
Document configurations, contribute to Agile sprints, and support data migrations using Data Loader or ETL tools.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend best practices for compliance and security.
Qualifications:
6+ years as Salesforce Admin/Developer, with proven expertise in Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud (essential).
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations (e.g., with ERP systems or MuleSoft).
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions, requirement elicitation, and user training.
