Key Responsibilities1. Telecalling & Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound calls for dental enquiries.
Provide accurate information about treatments, pricing, and offers.
Convert enquiries into clinic visits, consultations, and treatment bookings.
Maintain a high volume of follow-up calls to increase conversion rates.
2. Sales & Conversion Support
Understand customer needs and guide them to the right dental solution.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Build strong rapport with potential clients to encourage bookings.
3. Coordination
Coordinate with clinic doctors, front office team, and sales head regarding appointments.
Update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and customer notes.
Ensure smooth communication between the customer and the clinic team.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction on every call.
Handle objections, provide solutions, and manage escalations politely.
Follow up with existing leads to bring them back for consultations/treatments.
