Responsible for managing and growing online sales channels for Gelatin, collagen peptides, and related products through
B2B and B2C
platforms. Involves product listing, pricing, promotions, customer engagement, and order fulfilment coordination. Work closely with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless online sales operations and superior customer experience.

Qualification:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field, MBA preferred with min. 2-5 years in e-commerce sales, preferably in food ingredients, nutraceuticals, or allied industries. Knowledge of online marketplace operations, digital marketing basics, and e- commerce analytics tools. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with e-commerce platforms (shopify) and ERP systems (Zoho, SAP) is desirable.
