Job Summary

The Sales-Dispatch-Production Coordinator acts as a central link between the Sales, Dispatch, and Production teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely production planning, and on-time dispatch of FMCG and food products.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination

Receive sales orders from sales/telecalling team Verify order details (product, quantity, delivery date) Update order status in system and share confirmation with sales team
Production Coordination

Share daily and weekly order requirements with production team Assist in production planning based on sales demand Monitor production progress and report delays or issues
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with dispatch team for timely packing and dispatch Prepare and share dispatch schedules Ensure correct documentation (invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill if applicable) Track dispatched orders and update sales team
Reporting & Documentation

Maintain order tracking sheets and MIS reports Coordinate between departments to resolve order-related issues Support inventory and stock movement tracking
Eligibility & Skills

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG / manufacturing coordination role Strong coordination and communication skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP / Tally / Zoho preferred) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹9,500 - ?17,000 per month (based on experience) Growth opportunity in FMCG & food manufacturing sector
