Job Description

1. 0-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

2. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

3. Basic math and computer skills.

4. Energetic, friendly, and sales-oriented mindset.

5. Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.

6. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to achieve sales.

7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

8. Maintain stock levels, replenish shelves, and ensure the store is clean and well-organised.

9. Process sales and handle cash, card, and digital payments.

10. Participate in stock checks, inventory management, and loss prevention measures.

11. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when needed.

12. Stay updated or product features, pricing and promotions.

13. Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.

14. Coordinate with store and inventory teams for restocking and order fulfilment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
