Build & manage strong relationships with current and new corporate clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of their needs and challenges.
Generate new leads through cold calling and LinkedIn & create compelling proposals tailored to each client's needs and goals.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of training programs to clients.
Liaise with various departments to address client feedback and ensure their satisfaction, enhancing long-term relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of sales or customer services work experience
A 1 year of experience in the Training & Development Industry preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
