About the Role



We are looking for a

Sales & Customer Support Executive

who will manage customer interactions, convert leads into sales, and provide excellent end-to-end support. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound and outbound calls

to convert leads into successful sales Understand customer needs and clearly

explain products and services

Provide

end-to-end customer support

by resolving queries and concerns Conduct

regular follow-ups

, handle objections, and ensure timely closures Maintain accurate records and ensure proper

CRM hygiene

Coordinate with internal teams for

onboarding, issue resolution, and post-sale support

Meet

daily calling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of

sales and customer support processes

Ability to handle objections and close conversations confidently Comfortable working with

CRM tools

(preferred, not mandatory) Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
