Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
Pitch BeastDrive products/services and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for feedback and lead quality improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred in automotive or rental industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a professional attitude.
