Position: Sales & Business Development Manager - Call Center / BPO Process

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead Sales and Business Development initiatives for our Call Center/BPO operations (Domestic and International). The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, client relationship management, and revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Domestic and International BPO/Call Center markets.
Generate leads through networking, online platforms, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Manage end-to-end business development cycle -- from lead generation to contract closure.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent revenue flow.
Collaborate with internal operations and delivery teams to align sales with capability and capacity.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record in BPO / Call Center sales (Domestic & International).
Strong understanding of Inbound / Outbound / Tech Support / Customer Service / Tele-Sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship management and consultative selling approach.
Ability to handle corporate clients and close high-value deals.
Experience in preparing business proposals, RFPs, and pricing models.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, CRM software, and online lead generation platforms.
