Designation: Zonal Manager
Reports To: Founder / CEO
Location: Field-Based (Must reside within the assigned Zone)
Your job is not to sit in an office. Your job is to build and command an army of 150+ Career Mentors in your zone. You are the CEO of your territory. If your zone fails to hit its admission target, you have failed. We don't pay for effort; we pay for admissions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Whale Hunting (Recruitment):
Identify and personally recruit the top 50 "influencers" in your zone (e.g., Union Leaders, Large Tuition Center Owners, Travel Agency Associations).
Conduct high-level negotiations and convince them to become EduElite partners.
Ruthless Rule: You must onboard at least 5 new "High-Value" partners every month.
Network Activation & revenue Generation:
Ensure your zone hits its monthly admission target (e.g., 200+ admissions/month).
Design and execute localized sales campaigns (e.g., "Gulf Visa Drive" ,"Govt Job Drive" in Trivandrum).
Travel 15-20 days a month to meet, motivate, and push your existing agents to perform.
Team Leadership:
Manage 2 Partner Support Executives (PSEs) sitting in the HO.
Provide them with daily "Hit Lists" of agents to call. Ensure they are aggressively following up, not just having friendly chats.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala
