Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to drive B2B sales of drone parts, manage key accounts, and develop strategic plans to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have

strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales and business development.



Key Responsibilities:



Key Account Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Execution

: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Client Acquisition & Retention

: Identify potential clients, conduct negotiations, and close high-value deals.

Market Analysis

: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Product Knowledge & Consultation

: Educate clients about our drone parts, their applications, and technical benefits to provide the best solutions.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting

: Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights for business growth.

Collaboration & Team Coordination

: Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

3-7 years

of experience in B2B sales, preferably in drone parts, aviation, robotics, or related industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build relationships with key accounts and drive revenue growth. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex sales cycles. Knowledge of drone technology, UAV components, and industry trends is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
