Salary:INR 2,80,000 – 4,00,000 P.A for BDM and upto 6,00,000.00 for Sr. BDM

Should have sold IT networking, server, firewall, CCTV, Laptop, Desktops, Antivirus, Microsoft Lic. and other IT audio video solutions
Acquiring new customer accounts through cold calling and follow up
Identifying decision-makers
Prepare Marketing plan as per product and customer size, area mapping
Prepare Documentations for Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly
Planning of competitive strategy including business plan and action plan.
Presentation / demonstration to prospective clients
Follow up until sales closure.
Qualification – Graduate. Prefer IT Infrastructure Knowledge
Experience – More than 3 years
Salary– depends on their experience & current salary (no bar for right candidates)
Preferred Industry – IT networking company
Bike Must. Designation : Executive/ Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales Desired Profile : Bachelor’s Degree (Education to degree level, preferable degree in IT related discipline will be considered a plus).Fresher/Directly related previous work experience (3-4) years advanced experience required). : Cold calling .lead generation to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business, Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries, Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets, Gathering market and customer information, Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers, Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions, Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer, Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets, Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations Experience : 1-4 Years Industry Type : IT-Hardware / Networking/ Software Functional Area : Sales& Marketing Education : UG –B.Tech - Any Specialization, PG - Any PG Course –Sales & Marketing specialization.
