The
Branch Incharge
is responsible for overseeing the
day-to-day operations, sales performance, and staff management
of the branch dealing in
mobile accessories and IT products
. The role involves supervising sales activities, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving branch targets while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
Oversee all branch operations including sales, billing, inventory, logistics, and cash management.
Ensure smooth daily functioning of the branch in compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with the Head Office for stock replenishment, pricing, and reporting.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial and operational transactions.
2. Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
Supervise and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities, clients, and retail partnerships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Support field sales and key account management when needed.
3. Team Management
Supervise sales executives, cashiers, and support staff.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training for staff.
Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a professional work environment.
4. Customer Relationship & Service
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.
5. Inventory & Cash Handling
Manage stock levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Conduct regular stock audits and minimize losses or discrepancies.
Oversee daily cash collections, bank deposits, and petty cash management.
6. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expense reports.
Report branch performance, staff attendance, and operational challenges to management.
Implement management directives effectively at the branch level.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Good knowledge of
mobile accessories, IT hardware, and electronics products
.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
,
Tally/ERP
, and basic accounting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
