Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive
B2B Sales Support Executive
to manage online sales platforms such as IndiaMART, GEM, and Project India, ensuring timely responses and lead conversion support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update company profiles and product listings on B2B platforms.
Respond promptly to buyer inquiries, qualify leads, and forward them to sales.
Track lead conversion status and maintain accurate follow-up data.
Optimize content--product descriptions, images, pricing, certificates--for better visibility.
Coordinate with marketing and platform representatives for paid promotions.
Prepare weekly reports on inquiry status and platform performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's in Business/Marketing or relevant field.
Experience in online B2B sales (IndiaMART, GEM, etc.).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems
