Sales Support:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth pre-sales activities.
Assist in the creation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
Support the sales team in order processing, tracking, and logistics coordination.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
After Sales Support:
Act as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordinate with the technical support or service teams to facilitate solutions for customer problems.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
Provide product training and support to customers as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster effective communication between sales, support, and other relevant departments.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide insights for improvement.
Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss customer feedback and areas of improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or customer support roles for FRP related products.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
