We are a small but established Ayurvedic raw materials trading business looking for a dependable Sales & Admin Assistant. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, handling sales communication, coordinating with suppliers, and managing basic administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to customers and suppliers.
Negotiate purchase rates and coordinate with different suppliers based on product grades.
Maintain rate sheets, data entries, and product records using MS Excel; prepare documents using MS Word; handle daily email communication.
Organize files, manage paperwork, and support routine backend tasks.
Learn and understand the trading workflow over time to help improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Basic English for calls and emails; strong command of local language(s).
Good communication skills and phone etiquette.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
Prior sales or admin experience is a plus but not mandatory.
