Position Overview
The Company is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives (1 Male and 1 Female) to join its team in Surat. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving new client acquisitions, demonstrating the Company's platform, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients across Surat and nearby regions.
Conduct on-site and virtual product demos.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the product team.
Maintain detailed records of leads, meetings, and conversions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in field or software sales preferred.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Confident, self-driven, and result-oriented.
Knowledge of accounting or business management software is a plus.
Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
