Make outbound calls to potential students from provided leads
Explain course details, fees, duration, and placement support
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Follow up with interested candidates and close admissions
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
Coordinate with counselors and trainers for batch schedules
Attend walk-in students and provide course guidance when required
