Deliver month on month targets of Loan Disbursals of Used Car Loan
Achieve key business matrices of IRR (Internal Return Rate), Fee Income, Cross- Sell and Business Mix
Collect Bucket X bounce cases and maintain the desired resolution%
Track and update PDD (Post Disbursal Documents) / RC with Hypothecation of HFCL
Identify, hire, train, monitor and motivate the team of retainers as per budget headcount allocated.
Assist in sale of repossessed stock to minimize the loss.
Comply with all laid down guidelines and policies.
Build a network of channel partners / DSAs (Direct Selling Agent) / Dealers to source business.
Do direct business target through team of retainers.
Ensure proper service is given to channel partners to build harmonious relationship and grow the business.
Responsible for Average Dealer Satisfaction Score / Customer Satisfaction Score.
Track and report competition activities as part of market intelligence.
Review and control the portfolio of the location.
Ensure Quality control on sales, strong supervisory control on the team.
