Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and proactive

Sales & Vendor Relationship Executive

to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and a background in sales and client/vendor management.

Responsibilities:



Identify and convert new business opportunities through field visits and client/vendor meetings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration. Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company as well as self-generated prospects. Maintain regular communication with clients and vendors (in-person, calls, and messages). Ensure timely closure of sales and partnership opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly performance and relationship targets.

Requirements:



Must know Kannada

(spoken and written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of ownership and initiative. Comfortable with field work and regular travel within Bangalore. Prior experience in

sales or vendor relationship management

is mandatory.

Compensation:



Fixed Salary:

?20,000/month (Plus Travel Allowance)

Incentives:

1% on company-provided leads 3% on self-generated leads
Job Type: Full-time
