About the role
As the Sales Transformation Manager, you will lead and drive strategic initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and agility of the sales organization. Your role is to design and implement transformational programs that align with business goals, digitalize sales operations, enhance capability development, and optimize go-to-market (GTM) models in a highly competitive FMCG environment. This role involves collaboration with Sales Leadership, external GTM & tech partners, cross-functional teams & line sales to draw customer insights and the execution of sales and distribution strategies to drive business growth. This role will also be involved in driving projects basis impact analysis to build scale up plans.
