Sales Transaction Support Specialist - SOLIDWORKS Subscriptions
We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of relevant Sales or Sales Operations experience in a client-centric organization.
Handling the revenue subscription business of global CRE customers and ensuring timely renewals for meeting the sales plan.
This position is part of a worldwide team operating for all geo customers.

with our Direct Subs team.
Role & Responsibilities
Support CRE Subscription Services of traditional desktop and 3DEXPERIENCE WORKS products for worldwide direct customers and GEOs.
Evaluate customer install base to assist Direct Customer Representatives and GEO Subscription and Sales Managers to secure near-term retention.
Identify mid and long-term opportunity development plan for CRE customers and partners aimed at achieving full asset utilization, multi-product deployment, and transformation to 3DEXPERIENCE WORKS.
Provide timely and accurate reports, metrics, and data to support CRE Direct and GEO 3DEXPERIENCE Dashboards.
Assist the Direct team in determining client assets, quote preparation, and opportunity assessment.
Assist in improving knowledge sharing and collaboration with GEOs and Partners.
Be self-motivated and eager to engage in challenging situations demanding high reactivity, while continuously raising the standard of quality of DS Customer Support
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with limited supervision.
Responsible, self-motivated, positive, can-do attitude and driven to improve. Team-oriented with a high standard of ethics.
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Finance (MBA will be an advantage)
2-4 years of relevant Sales or Sales Operations experience in a client-centric organization
Experience in: sales execution, business analysis, leading change, managing projects with multiple tracks, working with Finance systems is a plus
Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, required
Customer focus, complying with operational procedures, and achieving sales targets
