We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Trainer to coach and upskill our sales team on communication, objection handling, product pitching, and closing techniques.
Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding & refresher training for inside sales.
Design role plays, mock calls & e-learning modules.
Monitor calls, provide feedback & coaching.
Track performance & align training with business goals.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred)
3-6 yrs in Inside Sales/Telesales Training (EdTech/B2C preferred)
Strong sales coaching, CRM & presentation skills
