Design, deliver, and update training programs for sales staff (classroom, on-the-job, and online).
Develop training materials, sales scripts, product knowledge guides, and assessment modules.
Provide induction training for new sales hires.
Conduct role plays, workshops, and refresher sessions to improve selling techniques, negotiation, and customer handling.
Sales Auditing
Regularly audit sales calls, client interactions, and deal closures for quality and compliance.
Monitor adherence to company sales processes, policies, and ethical standards.
Evaluate performance metrics (targets vs. achievements, conversion rates, customer feedback).
Prepare audit reports with findings, insights, and recommendations.
Coaching & Support
Offer one-on-one coaching sessions for underperforming sales staff.
Share best practices and success stories across the team.
Support sales managers in developing strategies for performance improvement.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain training and audit records for management review.
Present monthly reports on training effectiveness and audit outcomes.
Recommend improvements in sales processes, tools, and training modules.
