About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven
Sales Trainer
to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs for new hires and existing sales team members. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in grooming new onboard employees, preparing them to perform efficiently on the floor, and ensuring they adopt best practices that drive company revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive onboarding training sessions for new hires to ensure smooth transition onto the sales floor.
Monitor, evaluate, and track the performance of trainees to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
Utilize innovative training methods and strategies (role-plays, case studies, live floor training, etc.) to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
Coach employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling to achieve organizational sales targets.
Continuously assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and implement customized learning solutions.
Collaborate with sales managers to align training programs with business objectives and revenue goals.
Provide constructive feedback and performance improvement guidance to underperforming team members.
Regularly update training material to reflect market trends, new products, and evolving sales strategies.
Motivate and inspire new employees to achieve excellence, maintain professionalism, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in a senior sales role with a training background.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and revenue-driving strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles and environments.
Strong analytical and monitoring skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
Proficiency in MS Office and training tools/software.
