About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented

Sales Trainer

who can train, motivate, and guide the sales team while actively contributing to achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, and sales skills with a passion for developing others.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular

sales training sessions

for new and existing team members. Prepare and deliver

sales scripts, product training, and objection-handling modules.

Monitor sales performance

and provide feedback, coaching, and motivation. Support in

closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Create engaging training materials and maintain updated training records. Identify skill gaps and develop improvement strategies for the team. Coordinate with the sales and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and performance tracking.

Requirements:

1 year - 2 years of experience in

sales training

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and motivational abilities. Ability to handle both training and active sales responsibilities. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and growth mindset. Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary:

Up to ₹12,000/month

Variable Pay:

Up to ₹10,000/month based on performance

Total Potential Earnings:

?22,000/month

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
