About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales Trainer
with
3-4 years of experience
in sales training and development. In this role, you will lead the training of our
Sales Learning Counselors
, focusing on enhancing their skills, improving the quality of sales conversations, and ultimately driving better business outcomes. If you're passionate about building high-performing sales teams, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver structured training programs for onboarding and continuous learning
Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement sessions
Assess and analyze individual and team performance to identify skill gaps
Create customized learning interventions to boost sales productivity and conversion
Collaborate with Sales Leaders to align training objectives with sales targets
Lead role-play sessions and live call reviews to reinforce learning
Develop training content, scripts, playbooks, and SOPs
Drive discipline, motivation, and accountability across the sales floor
Qualifications & Skills:
3-4 years of proven experience
as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or in a similar sales leadership role
Strong foundation in B2C/inside sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or services
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
Deep understanding of sales techniques, funnel metrics, and CRM tools
Ability to inspire, energize, and elevate performance in young, high-energy teams
Data-driven approach to training with a focus on measurable outcomes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
