Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Trainer (WFH)
with strong leadership and mentoring skills to build and guide a high-performing sales team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting structured online training, monitoring attendance and participation, tracking OJT progress, and ensuring sales targets are achieved within defined timelines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct
daily virtual sales training sessions
for new and existing team members.
Develop and deliver
effective PPT-based sales presentations
covering product knowledge, sales process, and communication techniques.
Design and manage the
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
program, ensuring practical learning and performance tracking.
Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and active participation
of each trainee during training and OJT.
Ensure strict discipline, task completion, and professionalism across all sessions.
Guide sales trainees to achieve the
OJT clearance target
:
Minimum 2 confirmed sales per person within 7 days of training.
Evaluate trainee performance daily and maintain detailed reports on attendance, activity logs, and target achievement.
Identify weak performers and provide corrective feedback or retraining sessions.
Collaborate closely with management to align training outcomes with company sales goals.
Build a motivated, result-oriented sales culture focused on consistency and accountability.
Ensure complete monitoring, guidance, and support for each trainee to meet the OJT clearance benchmark.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience
as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or in a senior sales role.
Strong expertise in
sales training, performance tracking, and team management.
Excellent
presentation (PPT)
and
communication skills.
Hands-on experience with remote training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, CRM dashboards, attendance trackers).
Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure progress and motivate teams remotely.
Proven track record of driving teams to achieve short-term and long-term sales goals.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
Up to ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
Performance Incentives:
Based on team OJT achievement and monthly sales outcomes.
