Role & responsibilities

:

Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing sales team members.
Develop and deliver training modules on product knowledge, sales processes, communication skills, and objection handling.
Assess sales team performance and identify skill gaps to design targeted training interventions.
Collaborate with sales managers to understand training needs and improve effectiveness.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Maintain training materials, presentations, and manuals to ensure content is updated and aligned with company goals.
Coordinate role-plays, mock calls, and live coaching sessions to reinforce learning.
Support the implementation of sales tools, CRM usage, and best practices.
Prepare reports on training activities and learning outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
13 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or in a direct sales role.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead management, and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple training programs and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Energetic, organized, and passionate about improving team performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in inside sales or telecalling environments.
Ability to use digital tools for training (LMS, video modules, etc.).
Creative approach to designing training content.
