Job Description

Key responsibilities

Training delivery:

Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions (OJT) on sales techniques, product features, and customer service.

Program development:

Design and develop training materials, programs, and modules tailored to the automotive industry.

Performance monitoring:

Assess sales team performance through feedback and track progress to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.

Coaching and feedback:

Provide one-on-one coaching, role-playing exercises, and ongoing feedback to enhance selling skills.

Product expertise:

Ensure sales teams are up-to-date on new products, features, industry trends, and competitor analysis.

Collaboration:

Work with sales and HR teams to identify training needs and align training with business goals.

Process implementation:

Install and maintain sales processes across dealerships to ensure adherence to company standards.

Training administration:

Maintain training records and analyze data to report on training effectiveness.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
