Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Training Delivery & Facilitation



Conduct structured induction and refresher programs for Upskilling and Commerce teams. Ensure timely completion of training batches with high participation and engagement. Develop and deliver tailored, product-specific training aligned with business objectives.

Commerce Program Sales Enablement



Train teams on commerce programs (CA, CMA, ACCA) covering structure, paper breakdowns, and progression pathways. Equip staff to address student and parent queries with program-specific expertise. Lead role-plays and demos replicating real-world commerce counseling scenarios.

Digital Sales & Upskilling Orientation



Guide teams on digital lead-generation strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, AI tools). Reinforce CRM best practices and digital-first communication techniques. Build consultative selling skills suited for professionals and career-switchers.

Retraining & Performance Recovery



Identify performance gaps and design targeted retraining interventions. Provide personalized coaching and one-on-one sessions for improvement. Track post-training progress and share insights with leadership. Foster a supportive environment that encourages continuous learning.

On-the-Job Training (OJT) & Coaching



Support employees during OJT with hands-on guidance and real-time feedback. Facilitate buddy programs and individualized coaching to strengthen skills. Monitor session quality, conduct shadowing, and close identified learning gaps.

Feedback, Reporting & Documentation



Collect and analyze trainee feedback to improve training delivery. Maintain accurate training records, evaluation reports, and performance data. Provide timely updates on progress and retraining outcomes to management.

Process & Program Enhancement



Recommend innovative tools, modules, and simulations to optimize learning impact. Stay updated on industry trends, learner needs, and technology advancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with organizational goals.
