Job Title: Sales Trainer (Remote)

Location: Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-Time

: We are looking for a motivated Sales Trainer to conduct online training sessions for candidates and help them develop strong sales and communication skills. The trainer will handle multiple batches daily and ensure eAective learning through structured training and live practice sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 3 to 4 online training batches per day for sales trainees

Deliver training on sales techniques, communication, and customer handling

Prepare and update training materials and session plans

Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and improvement support

Coordinate with the HR/Operations team for batch scheduling and reporting

Requirements:

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience in sales or sales training preferred

Ability to manage multiple online batches efficiently

Basic knowledge of online training tools.

Salary & Probation:

Probation Period: 3 Months

Salary During Probation: ?12,000 per month

Post-Probation Package: ?4 LPA (CTC)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
