We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer with strong exposure to real estate projects and sales processes. The candidate should be capable of training, motivating, and improving the performance of the sales team.
Preferred Background:
Sales training experience in real estate.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial projects.
Ability to design sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Eligibility:
Sales and real estate background preferred.
Experience in handling on-site and channel sales teams will be an advantage.
