Job Summary:

The Sales Training Manager develops and executes effective training programs to ensure that the sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their sales targets. This role involves collaborating with sales leadership, creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and continuously assessing the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:



Training Program Development:

Design comprehensive sales training programs that include product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management. Develop training materials, manuals, and other resources to support the training programs.

Training Delivery:

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing sales staff. Use various training methods, such as classroom training, e-learning, simulations, and on-the-job training.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Adjust training programs based on evaluation results and changing business needs.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and align training programs with sales goals. Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is included in training.

Coaching and Mentoring:

Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales staff to reinforce training and help them overcome challenges. Identify individual training needs and develop personalized training plans.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes. Prepare reports on training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, or similar role. In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to use various training methods and technologies. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
